I had taken this picture when I had been to my Grand Father’s house in Kasargod. The fruit which is in focus is called Nakshatra Nerale in Kannada language. Here the background is made black and white and only the colors of the fruit are retained. By doing this, I have actually tried to emphasize more on the fruit and its rich red color. By making the background B&W, it gives the photo a sense that it is an old picture and reminds me of my childhood days when we used to go to the farm and eat the fruit.
Care should be taken while selecting the fruit, meaning here in this picture even though the color of the fruit is brilliant and rich, the fruit looks is a little damaged and infected. A uninfected fruit would have been more pleasing.blog comments powered by Disqus
